All dancing embodies varying actions,
shapes, forms, patterns, lines and arcs
of energy, sentient rhythms, qualities of
movement and metaphors of experience.

The essence of the dance experience is
found in the empowering transformation
that manifests as a result of the holistic
interplay of various interwoven
subjective and communal movement
processes and mechanisms that serve
to integrate the dynamic energies of the
whole self offering individual participants
a sense of their wholeness and natural
harmony of being.
Dance is expressive movement.  When we
dance we communicate through movement.
As we move we attend to the sensations
and images that emerge through the
expressive energy of the dance.

In the process of dancing and moving and
listening to the trailing whispers of our
expressive movements we learn more
about our whole selves body, mind, heart
and soul.

There are many ways of moving our bodies.
So, there are many ways of expressing and
communicating through dance.
Our many diverse and
interwoven dances are
inspired by and composed
of many myriad qualities
and expressive tones and
shadings of body gestures.
 Each serves as a non
verbal communication to
all those participating in
the manifestation and
observance of the dance
whether through
conscious movement or
through an attentive gaze.
Each dance experience
can be intuitively sensed
as a kinesthetic
symphony of organic
movement essences.

Within each symphonic
communication is a
somatic alchemy of
transformational
awareness that may
emerge into an infinite
ocean of numinous joy
and well being.
Participation in the dance experience whether through active imagination
spontaneously moving and/or receptively witnessing can be very energizing and
enlightening, empowering and even magically transforming for everyone engaged in
the process of engendering and attending to moving streams of somatic awareness.
Share with us how it is you like to move!  Tell us how it is you
like to dance! Do you dance alone at one with yourself, or do
you dance with or for another?  Tell us what moves you to
dance and then tell us how your movements are a dance?
